Is it time to cash out those winnings? AllStar.com makes it quick and easy with many withdrawal options. In order to maintain the highest level of security, we require all our members to provide us with certain documentation in order to validate their accounts, you can check what you need on our "Know Your Customer" page.
We accept withdrawals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the options listed below:
Wire Transfer
Minimum Withdrawal: $50.00
Maximum Withdrawal: None
Processing Time: 5-7 Days
Fees: Your first withdrawal processed each month, regardless of method, will be free. Subsequent requests less than $2,000.00 are subject to a $40.00 processing fee. Requests of $2,001.00 or more are subject to a 2% processing fee. In the cashier, click on the wire transfer icon to enter your banking details online.
Note: Additional banking fees may be charged while funds are in transit to you, we do not cover these fees. You will need to provide a voided check or statement before we can process your withdrawal via wire transfer.

EcoCard

Processing Time: 24 - 72 hrs
Fees: Your first withdrawal processed each month, regardless of method, will be free. Subsequent requests processed in a calendar month will be subject to a 1% fee.
Notes: For non U.S. Members only. You must first make a deposit to your AllStar.com account with EcoCard before you can cash out via this method.

UseMyWallet

Fees: Your first withdrawal processed each month, regardless of method, will be free. Subsequent requests processed in a calendar month will be subject to a 1% fee.
Notes: For U.S. Members only. You must first make a deposit to your AllStar.com account with UseMyWallet before you can cash out via this method.

To use UMW, you must have been a member of AllStar.com for three months and have a minimum of $500 in deposits and withdrawals combined.
Check / Gift Card
Minimum Withdrawal: $50.00
Maximum Withdrawal: $2,500.00
Processing Time: 6-10 Business Days
Fees: Your first withdrawal requested per calendar month will be free of charge. Subsequent requests will be subject to a standard check-cutting fee of $40. All checks will be sent via a courier service. When you request a check you may receive a Gift Card instead, a Gift Card allows you instant access to your funds.
Members must cash all checks within 45 days of the delivery date. After this time, AllStar.com will not assume responsibility for any issue related to cashing the check and will not replace the payment or cover any fees incurred during the withdrawal process.
Moneybookers
Minimum Withdrawal: $50.00
Maximum Withdrawal: None
Processing Time: 24 - 72 hrs
Fees: Free
Notes: Before you are eligible to receive a withdrawal to your Moneybookers account you must first have made a deposit to us via that method. You will then see Moneybookers listed as a withdrawal option in the Cashier.

You must request your NETeller withdrawal through our onsite Cashier and not via the NETeller website. There is no maximum request. If you do not have a NETeller account, please open one by going to www.neteller.com.

Withdrawal Information
To process your payout we require the following:
- A copy of a valid form of ID (Driver’s License or Passport)
- Copy of utility bill showing your name and address
We only require you to submit this information ONCE. We securely file your information for future withdrawals so you never have to re-submit information.
Please scan your documents, save them preferably as jpegs and attach them to an e-mail to the following address: documents@gamingsupport.net or alternatively, click here to upload your documentation to our secure server for review.
Please check the quality of your scans to ensure that all pertinent information is legible. The attachment or attachments should not exceed 5MB in total and ideally should be much smaller.
When processing your withdrawal, we may send some funds back to a credit card if it was recently used for a deposit.
The timeframe for you to receive your payouts will vary depending on the method selected and current number of requests. While we work to have your payments processed as quickly as possible, some may take longer than specified.
Pin (Personal Identification) Number
Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) is required before you can withdraw any funds from AllStar.com. It is a further step in securing that only you can access the money in your account. This number was sent to you via email when you signed up.
